Own & Optimize Support Functions: Lead, mentor, and continuously improve critical enterprise support functions to accelerate revenue growth, maximize global talent availability, and guarantee sustainable scalability across Reflections Infosystems.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Permanently shift Business Enablement functions away from isolated operations. Architect and implement highly integrated workflows where Talent Acquisition, RMG, HR, Partnerships & Alliances, Branding & Marketing and Pre-Sales execute collaboratively and seamlessly to meet fluid business pipelines.
Executive Advisory & Governance: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and the broader executive leadership team. Provide regular, data-backed operational readouts, rigorous risk assessments, and proactive recommendations to drive enterprise business performance.
Process & Agility Redesign: Relentlessly simplify and redesign enterprise processes to eliminate manual or redundant activities, improve overall organizational agility, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Performance & Accountability: Drive a rigorous culture of absolute ownership and measurable outcomes by establishing and monitoring clear, aggressive KPIs/OKRs across all owned enablement units.
Partnerships & Alliances: Lead the partnerships and alliances function to fuel inorganic growth and create a potent ecosystem of partners to serve our global clientele.
Industry Experience: A minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience strictly within the IT Services / Technology Services industry.
Operational Leadership: Demonstrated success leading corporate operations, Business Enablement functions, and large cross-functional teams within medium to large technology services organizations.
Core Domain Expertise: Extensive, proven track record across core business operations, comprehensive resource management/workforce planning, and corporate talent management lifecycle.
C-Suite Engagement:Proven capacity to work directly alongside C-suite executives and build strong consensus across diverse stakeholder groups without relying on rigid corporate hierarchy.
People & Culture Alignment: A proven capacity to inspire, align, and drive deep operational accountability across diverse, non-siloed support functions.
Pragmatic AI & Automation Adoption: Experience driving the integration of AI-enabled ways of working and intelligent workflow automation across Business Enablement functions to modernize internal platforms, enhance employee self-service, and drastically shorten operational cycles.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong familiarity with building enterprise data transparency and robust analytics frameworks to successfully transition the organization from reactive operations to predictive, data-driven planning.
Knowledge Management Innovation:Experience institutionalizing organizational knowledge and creating highly reusable enterprise assets to reduce individual-dependent risks and protect intellectual capital.
Tech Ecosystem Familiarity: Strong comfort with enterprise platforms, modern data structures, and evolving AI ecosystems that significantly enhance corporate productivity.
