• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for data analytics or technical consulting in the retail industry.
• Solid understanding of data structures, cloud-based architectures, and analytics platforms (like Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills—you can lead a meeting, write a sharp email, and translate tech-speak into human language.
• A knack for predicting problems before they happen and designing solutions that prevent them.
• Leadership presence that earns trust and inspires confidence—both internally and with customers.
• A sense of humor, humility, and a desire to make work enjoyable for yourself and those around you.
