We are looking for experienced Project Manager with deep Retail domain expertise to lead complex data integration and analytics deployments. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between technical data engineering teams and retail business stakeholders, ensuring enterprise data models are implemented seamlessly, on time, and within scope.

• Candidate who is open for relocation for 6-month Mexico
• Need to work in US working hours: 6:00 PM -3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of 6-month retail analytics and data warehouse implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert in retail operations. Translate business requirements related to Point of Sale (POS), omnichannel demand, supply chain, and merchandising into technical deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between our internal technical teams (data engineers, BI analysts) and the client’s retail executives, ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and continuous status reporting in a fast-paced, remote, cross-cultural environment.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and an "owner's mindset" to self-manage deliverables across LATAM and US time zones.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of Project Management experience in the IT/Tech sector, with a mandatory focus on the Retail or E-commerce domain.
• Deep understanding of retail data ecosystems, including POS, CRM, ERP, omnichannel retail, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure), Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), or Business Intelligence (BI) implementations.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies with a track record of managing technical integrations.
• Excellent executive presentation skills.
