Senior Project Manager

Introduction
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software delivery engagements across enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing Agile software development teams.
The Technical PM will work closely with customers, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end software project delivery across multiple teams
Coordinate with customers for requirements, priorities, planning, and status tracking - Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Work with technical teams to resolve blockers and ensure smooth execution
- Track project health using metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance processes, and delivery best practices
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams for technical solution discussions
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers
- Support resource planning, effort estimation, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure proper documentation including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and delivery reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes
- Support pre-sales discussions, proposal reviews, and customer presentations when required
Primary Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Project Management roles
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects
- Good technical understanding of modern application architectures and cloud platforms
- Experience working with technologies such as:
- Java / .NET / NodeJS
- Angular / React
- APIs & Microservices
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- DevOps & CI/CD practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Ability to manage distributed/offshore teams
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
Secondary Skills :
- PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects
- Exposure to SRE, production support, or managed services environments
- Experience handling fixed bid and T&M projects
- Knowledge of data integration, ERP, or cloud migration projects is an added advantage
