The Need is for Cloud Resilience, not Panic, say Experts at Reflections-Econz Webinar

In the context of recent cloud outages in different parts of the world, what is needed is not panic but cloud resilience, said experts at the webinar titled “Can Your Cloud Survive Failure?”, jointly organized by Reflections and Econz Cloud on May 6.
In the conversation that focused on how geopolitical tensions are reshaping cloud risk and resilience, Shaista Aliya, Head, Cloud Solutions and Strategic Growth, EMEA, Econz Cloud, Shine Xavier, Consulting CTO, Reflections, Rushikesh R Dhumal, Senior Manager, Solution Architect, AI, Econz Cloud, Cejoy Satheesh, Head, Cloud Services, Reflections, and Sanjay Singh, CTO, Econz Cloud, were the speakers.

While Shaista discussed the importance of cloud resilience, Shine explained different cloud architecture and design abstractions. Rushikesh talked about evacuation-ready stack, immutable cyber vaults, and bare minimum recovery stack.
Cejoy and Sanjay discussed multi-cloud, multi-region strategies and recommendations in the context of disasters. The speakers also discussed the importance of having a priority list in case of a disaster and the necessity of keeping the communication channel open with customers.
