Reflections is proud to be recognized among Top 10 India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2026, in the mid-size Category, moving up from among the Top 50 last year. This recognition, a significant leap forward in our journey toward building a more inclusive and equitable workplace, is for fostering a sense of gender equity and equality in the workplace and contributing to the vision of making India a Great Place To Work® For All™. Reflections became eligible to be assessed under this category, based on the percentage of women employees in the workforce and women employees sharing at least 70% positive feedback on the Trust Index™ assessment (GPTW’s globally renowned framework to measure employee experience). There were further assessments based on the workplace experience of women (binary), gender parity in experience, and representation across levels and within the respective industries.
