Reflections is delighted to be named among The Top 50 India’s Best Workplaces™ for Millennials 2025 (mid-size category). This recognition celebrates our culture of inclusivity, where every voice is heard and every leader, today’s and future, feels valued.

We were Great Place To Work (GPTW) certified for November 2024- November 2025, for the second consecutive year, and ranked #39 among the top 50 mid-sized organizations in India by GPTW. The certification and ranking were based on the confidential survey feedback that was collected through GPTW’s globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index™ and Culture Audit™, a proprietary tool of Great Place To Work, which evaluated the robustness and quality and programs that shape and impact employee experience.

As we met the eligibility criteria to be placed among the Top 50 India’s Best Workplaces™ for Millennials 2025 (mid-size category), we were considered for this category too and are ranked in the 11-50 position based on a cumulative score of Trust Index and Culture Audit, which also studied and measured the workplace experience of our millennial population.
