We have secured the third position - Bronze - at the People Matters Infini-T Awards India 2026 under the High-Trust Workplace Systems category. The category recognizes organizations that build trust through transparent processes, employee empowerment, continuous learning, recognition, leadership accessibility, and people-first workplace systems.

Our nomination successfully progressed through a rigorous evaluation process comprising the Editorial Review, Assessment Jury Round, and Grand Jury Round, competing against 500+ nominations across multiple categories. Jinu John, Director - Business Finance, and Divya Lekshmy, Associate Manager – HR, received the recognition on behalf of Reflections, at the award ceremony held on August 7, 2026, in Delhi.

This recognition is a testament to the strength of the people practices and workplace systems we have collectively built at Reflections. It reflects the value we have been placing on people and culture as the heart of our journey for the past 18 years, shaping how we work and grow together.
