Jithin Chakkalakkal, Senior Manager, HR, Reflections, delivered a lecture on Humanizing Tech: AI in HR and the Gen Z Talent Equation as the 5th TSN Pillai Memorial Lecture, at the Loyola College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Thiruvananthapuram, on August 5. Jithin discussed understanding AI at a layperson level, challenges and possibilities in Gen Z talent equation, impact of AI in HR, and skills for future. 

He also introduced a set of AI tools relevant to students and presented an MIT Case Study on the impact on our brain while depending too much on the LLM models like ChatGPT. The highlight of the interactive lecture was the live development of a website for Loyola College using Vibe Coding.
