Delivery, partnership, and diversification are the keys for growth, said Dr Ahmed Riadh Rebai, Vice-President, and Regional Head, Middle East, Reflections. He was addressing Reflectors during the session ‘Leadership in Action,’ held at Reflections’ Trivandrum office on August 8, 2025. Dr Ahmed elaborated on the role of delivery with excellence in building customer trust, relevant and strategic partnerships, and diversification, highlighting the need for innovation in tune with market strategies. 

Sharing insights from his personal journey and professional experience, Dr Ahmed also highlighted the importance of the culture of collaboration and support and the role of short-term wins in long-term positioning.
