Full Stack Engineer (Python + Angular/React + AWS)

Introduction
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack developer with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
- Build robust front-end interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Debug and resolve issues across both client-side and server-side code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment cycles
- Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance, security, and scalability
Primary Skills :
- Strong full-stack development experience building scalable web applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Strong backend development experience using Python with frameworks like Flask or Django
- Experience working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of CSS, layout techniques, box model, positioning, and debugging UI issues
- Experience with responsive UI design and modern UI frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and handling browser-specific issues
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and application deployment
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Travis
- Proficiency with Git and pull request-based development workflows
- Experience working in MacOS environments, including command-line utilities
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms
Secondary Skills :
- Prior experience or domain knowledge in the Media & Entertainment industry
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to analyze problems critically and propose effective solutions
- Adaptability to changing requirements and business needs
- Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives when required
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring quality delivery and skill development
