Introduction
We are looking for 12+years of experienced candidates for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage delivery for multi-module AMS projects across functional and technical streams.
- Ensure incident, problem, and change management process compliance.
- Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and coordinate with client leadership.
- Support escalations, audits, and transition management.
- Drive SLA Adherance,digital transformation and innovation initiatives across SAP landscapes.
- Ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and DevOps practices in SAP AMS.
- Experience managing global delivery models and multi-vendor ecosystems preferred.
- Lead automation, DevOps, and innovation initiatives.
Certifications :
- PMP, ITIL Expert, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Activate.
Primary Skills :
- 12+ years of SAP delivery experience.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional SAP AMS teams.
- Expertise Team onboaring, transition, stabilization of AMS services with establishing SLAs and matrix
- Expertise in ECC, BW AMS services with knowledge in MM/WM, SD , S/4 HANA, and integration landscapes.
- Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-location support models.
- Excellent communication, analytical,stakeholder management, conflict resolution and governance skills.
- Proven decision-making and risk management skills under pressure.
- Good in communication to handle negotiations with customer, partners and vendors.
Secondary Skills :
- Cloud migration, analytics (Snowflake, Power BI).
